The DaneVest Pharmacy Fund Advisors LLC targets well established independent pharmacies in communities that have a strong financial history and a loyal customer base in their local community. The Fund will also target independent pharmacists or groups who have a desire to transition to a new owner or group. The Fund will rely on past experience and industry experts to value the business being sold and will look for individuals who agree with valuations, embracing the transition to a new business owner. New owners or groups that are desired for business transactions must have a proven track record in the industry, are looking for the ability to manage their own business and have a solid understanding of the current business needs and future goals. The Fund will look at available collateral, the applicants credit score and character to determine the credit worthiness of the parties involved.
